MISS PATTY

Owner, Director, and VPK Teacher

Hello! My name is Patty and I am the mother to two wonderful children, a daughter and a son. I am also the Owner, Director, and VPK teacher at Ant’s Farm.  My son, Anthony is the inspiration behind our center. Anthony is nonverbal and Autistic. When he was younger, finding the right care for him was not always easy, especially before he had his diagnosis. That is why Ant’s Farm has been designed to welcome children of all abilities. At our core, our philosophy is to individualize education and care and create an environment where EVERY child blooms!

MISS SUNSHINE

Assistant Director and Toddler Teacher

My real name is actually Sunshine! I am the Assistant Director and the toddler class teacher. My goal in life is to spread as much positivity as I can to those around me. I have a background as an RBT and I have taught Kindergarten, second grade and an emerging language classroom to kiddos with varying needs and disabilities. I have two children who are on the Autism Spectrum, Oliver and Everly. They are my whole world and the reason I have chosen this career path. My dream has always been to help children and families experiencing the same difficulties and challenges that as a parent, I have been through with meeting my children’s academic and care needs. As the Assistant Director at Ant’s Farm Childcare Center, I will care for your child as if they are my own!

MISS MARIAH

Infant Teacher

My name is Mariah!  I am the infant teacher at Ant’s Farm Childcare Facility. My inspiration is my cousin who has Autism. My first job was working with both children and adults that are on the Autism spectrum. From there, I worked as a teacher assistant at a daycare. I felt I was able to connect with the children there that were neurodiverse. I was driven to meet their different needs and make a connection. My goal is to make as big of a  difference as I can! Family is really important to me and I  want to be able to connect with my students and their families to make a difference in their lives.

Miss IVELISSE

teacher assistant

My name is Ivelisse! I am a teacher assistant at Ant’s Farm Childcare Facility. I have experience working with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum.  My 12 year old son has Autism and I have learned what I know through the many experiences and challenges through his life. I have experience as an RBT. I have worked with children who have delays, sensory difficulties, and varying levels of communication and behaviors. I really enjoy working with children and helping guide them as they grow and learn. It is my goal to be a support to the children that I work with as well as their parents.
